The River Valley OHV Park is located at 4300 East S. Omaha Bridge Road in Council Bluffs Iowa
This is a 190-acre offroad park located in Pottawattamie County along the Missouri River in Council Bluffs. The park features 23 miles of trail and a motorcross track. Trails are open to off-road motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, and off-road utility vehicles (contact the Park Ranger for official fence width).The park is open year round except for closures due to weather or trail conditions which do not permit riding.

Resident operators must have a current registration decal affixed to their vehicle in order to ride. Out-of-state riders must have a nonresident user permit affixed to their machines.
(Park Stickers can be gotten at nearby gas stations, local sporting goods stores, Walmart, etc)
